Product Description
Emulsifying agent consisting of sorbitol, ethylene oxide, & stearic acid (polyoxyethylene-60 sorbitan monostearate); stearic acid is derived from vegetable oil, purity > 98%. HLB value: 14-16 (gives oil-in-water emulsions).
It can be used with the Span series to formulate stable water-in-oil emulsions and can be used as a solubilizer and mild nonionic surfactant.

Warm to melt before use. Recommended dosage: 0.5-5%. For external use only.
